What a wonderful resource Dr. Berg is. He is teaching us what ALL doctors should be telling their patients, and he even makes the information available FREE on Youtube! You can watch the videos as often as you need to review the information–does your doctor provide that service? My health has improved in so many ways, and I’m a post-menopausal woman who was never able to see improvement with other systems. THANK YOU, Dr. Berg!

I thought I was going to have to have my bladder removed. I prayed to God for a solution that did not involve surgery. I followed his advice and went on Keto and IF and not only did I not have to have surgery, but I lost 40 lbs in 3 months and I’m still losing a couple lbs a week.
