Because of Doctor Berg, I am finally understanding how real fat burning works, and I am finally succeeding in losing weight. Thank you so much Doctor for your precious help on Youtube. I live in Spain and, without your videos, I would have never heard of Keto and IF.

I watched one of Dr. Berg’s videos on Insulin. It was an eye opener .. so informative! I have now switched to a low carb and intermittent fasting diet….already losing weight and I feel so good! Thanks Dr. Berg. Great videos….simple and effective explainations. Keep up the good work!
