As a doctor myself i totally respect and support Dr. Bergs visions and beliefs about nutrition and health related topics. His free advices on his youtube channel for example are fantastic and educational at once.

Although I just started I’m already in ketosis and starting to see the benefits of following Dr Bergs Keto on steroids plan. I’ve been doing the yo-yo thing for years and I can tell you this man is the real deal. In a world that’s circling the drain in the health area, he has the answer. He got it by doing it himself, then studied about it so he could share it with all of us. If you’re at the end of the line don’t give up just yet. Start listening to his YouTube videos. Read the comments of people who slayed their weight problem and sing his praises. You won’t be sorry!

I had so many questions and I felt like I wasn’t getting the type of answers I needed for my personal journey. I was able to understand what I needed to know and see results. I really enjoy learning from you, too! I have so much more energy and feel amazing! Thank you so much!

Dr. Berg is the most easily understood and factual Dr. I have ever encountered. His short videos cover a myriad of physical issues and are explained succinctly and make so very much sense. My husband stopped taking statins because of information learned; I have become educated regarding high blood pressure, insulin resistance, etc. I am eating Keto style and doing IF as explained by Dr. Berg and have lost 30 lbs. as well as getting healthy while at it. He kindly answers questions and is concerned for people’s health issues. He gets an A+ in my book.

I have learned some great strategies to improve my health for my body type. I am so glad he is willing to share his knowledge! I used the Apple cider vinegar for my reflux tonight and it worked for me after a few minutes of staying upright. Yay–now I can sleep!

I am willing to try the keto+fasting to get out of my insulin resistance cycle, but I feel like I shouldn’t try keto until my current low fat diet completely resolves my gallbladder symptoms.

I am hopeful about weight loss now, but most importantly I am relieved that a doctor is concerned about ‘health’care and not just ‘disease’care (a term he coined).
