Following Dr. Berg since May 2017, I realize how passionate he is about decreasing sugar in the daily diet. The information he gives out about the ketogenic diet is amazing and generous. He Discusses details about the body’s reaction to carbs and makes complex physiology easy to understand. He has so much patience with his viewers and their questions. He is a great teacher.
