I love the videos, even the jokes. He explains things well and gets to the point immediately so it is worth watching the full length

It’s nice to hear sound advice without bashing or doubtful info. I run across many other “advice” videos and then come back to Dr. Berg and swear that many are just repeating what he already said showing that even other “experts” seek out Dr. B.

i appreciate your simple , straight forward approach….many …way to many intentionally complicate the issue…its more of minipulation and control with a good portion of guilt. If they fix the problem they lose a customer ( and can’t sell you their over priced fake food ). This makes sense and becomes a life style not a fad crash diet…thank you
