My only doctor when I retire in the Philippines in nine years. Of course I love this guy. But I’m a four cup of coffee a day man. Ephedra (ma huang, Mormon tea, otherwise known as whorehouse tea) is not illegal in the Philippines. (Or in China where it has been used medicinally for 6,000 years.)

I couldn’t lowered my A1C (6.4) for last 10 years and frustrated because I always thought that I was eatting healthy.

But wrong!

After I watched his video and followed few weeks, my A1C dropped 0.6 points

And now I am 5.8.

Doctor asked me that I can take diabetics medication just to prevent and maintain,

but I told her to wait 3 more month.

I can lower my A1 C with diet only.

My goal is to lower to 5.5.

I have watched many of Dr Berg’s You Tube videos and I have purchased his book. He is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He speaks in plain clear language while explaining complex processes that happen in out bodies from ingestion of food to elimination.
