I have watched Dr. Berg for a few months, as his videos showed up on my Facebook feed, discussing IF. I find him to be informative, easy to follow, and the short videos that cover a multitude of topics related to IF and health in general are a blessing for someone who does not want to go on and on and on about a topic. Get it said, get it said quickly, and let me move on. Dr. Berg does this, and his information is consistently well laid out.

This guy is simply a blessing to humanity. I’ve been struggling with a hormonal imbalance for 10 years. No one understood what I had but thanks to Dr.Berg all my problems are resolved now.

Dr. Berg’s youtube videos are some of the best out there. He presents information clearly and his content is improving my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Berg!
