To put it plain: Dr. Berg deserves 10 points out of 5 😉 I wish my doc were of the kind like Dr. Berg. Finaly a doc that goes like: “Find the cause and answer to it (try natural things, the right food/Diet,Vitamin, Mineral, Massage)” and not “Bomb only the symptoms with another handfull of meds”.

He explains what goes on, how the body works, why it does what it does in a informative, understandable way and gives Info how the right diet/natural remedy can help to improve a condition.

he is a Hero for me, for sharing all his knowledge with us.

They walk the talk… Sugar and carbs are killing us.. My fiance was hospitalized three times for Pancreatitis and uncontrolled sugar levels. All I was telling him was no, no, no you can’t eat that. I found Dr. Berg through searches for help. Now, I can say yes you can eat that. We eat the cauliflower crust pizza.. excellent.. doesn’t spike his sugar. Going to try the Almond Flour Bread. I am a captive audience to the Berg Family.. They are great.. THANK YOU SO MUCH… love how you explain how the body works and processes things. Things are making so much more sense:)
