I suffered from severe back, joint pain and TMJD for most of my adult life. I started the ketogenic diet with I.F. early February of 2019 & I’ve lost 30lbs in 4 months, 10 inches off my waist and oh yeah, ALL of my pain is gone!!! and my TMJD is subsiding at an accelerated rate. Dr. Berg is so easy to understand, he has a video for just about anything you have a question about. When I Google, I ask Dr. Berg!!!
