My only doctor when I retire in the Philippines in nine years. Of course I love this guy. But I’m a four cup of coffee a day man. Ephedra (ma huang, Mormon tea, otherwise known as whorehouse tea) is not illegal in the Philippines. (Or in China where it has been used medicinally for 6,000 years.)

I have changed my lifestyle during this past year. I watched lectures and I read a lot of written material. Recently I have discovered Dr. Eric Berg and his opinions helped me make even better choices. His medical advices are made in the best interest of the patients, which now-a-days is so rare. He deserves all these five shiny stars.

A friend told me about Dr. Berg and I have found his information very helpful as I am starting out on keto and planning to add intermitent fasting. I know I will avoid diabetes and lose lots of fat like my friend has. I’m really excited abotu this process. Thank you, Dr. Berg.
