Dr Berg is a life saver and changer, I was afraid to start yet another “diet” because nothing really sticks with me. I drop by Dr Bergs office once just to bring him a thank you gift of a plant. His wife Karen was there and she was very nice. Dr Bergs video are very insightful and well thought out. I have hypertension and I take 3 medication for it. I had no idea it was related to Insulin Resistance. No doctor told me that. Thank you Dr Berg !!
