Almost Daily here in the UK we are advised by “experts” what to eat, what makes us fat etc. This guy gives good information, in a non patronizing fashion, but also explains various topics in an interesting and easy to understand way. Trying to change dietary and lifestyle choices is surely a better way to avoid certain illnesses, rather than just “treat” symptoms.

Dr. Berg is very informative he’s a really great doctor if it wasn’t for him my blood pressure would still be high I’ve been doing the intermittent fasting and eating right and all my veggies and everything any questions I have I just turned on one of his videos and I find the answer and I follow his Direction and everything’s been going great for me so far I’ve lost 20 lb I’m very happy only 50 more to go and I’m just going to continue to listen to his videos and his instructions their spot on thank you dr. Berg for your wonderful advice I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you I still have dizzy spells and high blood pressure problems thank you so much for helping me eat right thank you 😀

Hi recommendation worked 100% for me. He explains everything thoroughly. Well researched. 100% respect for him. I am just waiting for him to find me a solution for cooking oil. Here in Africa we do home cooked meals so need a cooking oil that is Omega balanced yet doesn’t alter food taste that much 😂. Homework for you Karen

I have followed Dr Burg for 6 months. I committed to a life style change at age 55. I have so much energy! I no longer have stomach pain that I had been plagued with since childhood. The benifits seem to go on and on. Thank you for taking the time to explain what is going on in my body! Do you know I actually thought could it possibly be this easy?
