Absolutely love Dr. Berg’s teaching style and information! He’s not a weight loss doctor which is why, I think, he says, “Get Healthy then lose weight”. When your body is in a healthy state it will adjust its weight in accordance with your health…like a byproduct. But really he covers so much more than that. Understanding the mechanisms of the body sheds light on truths we don’t know how to put together…when we understand then it can take root and actually help us.

To put it plain: Dr. Berg deserves 10 points out of 5 😉 I wish my doc were of the kind like Dr. Berg. Finaly a doc that goes like: “Find the cause and answer to it (try natural things, the right food/Diet,Vitamin, Mineral, Massage)” and not “Bomb only the symptoms with another handfull of meds”.

He explains what goes on, how the body works, why it does what it does in a informative, understandable way and gives Info how the right diet/natural remedy can help to improve a condition.
