I enioy watching your videoe. Thery are generally short, but not very simple for every viewer–specifically, non native speakers.

I enjoy the questions and answers. It’s a lot of information but delivered in such a way that anyone can understand. I have been following Dr. Berg for about a year now and have had great results treating myself. I tend to gravitate to those who can give me the straight talk. If all I cared about was continuing eating ding dongs and food that tastes good instead of treating my body correctly with nutrition, then I would simply continue down the path of treating symptoms instead of my disease. I prefer health over sickness and he makes it easy.

Dr. Berg has a wealth of information to devour. His approach makes more sense than most anything I have ever tried, and I’ve tried alot of those fad diets! This is a life change not a one time diet to cure you. It takes commitment and follow through. If your looking for one of those magic pills that cure you! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! LOL Dr, Berg approach is very informative and logical. If you think this is a scam then your lost!
