I started watching a video, then another, and another …. and then I was hooked and started telling other friends about this great channel. Dr Berg is great …. his videos are so informative, he has a lovely, relaxing voice and he explains everything so clearly. He has opened my eyes to REAL ‘healthy eating’. I highly recommend anyone to watch his videos. We need Dr Berg to come to the UK 🇬🇧 💕
