Dr Berg is the number 1 source for me regarding my health, weight loss, my bodytype and feeling fit. By viewing his videos, I was able to loose 22 pounds in 5 months. I was skinny/normal (ballet was my hobby) until I had a C-section. Gradually I gain weight the last 14 years. I always ate healthy, but loved fruit. I could eat fruit the whole day. I was clueless, thought fruit was healthy. Now I know tnx to Dr Berg. I ALMOST have my ballet body back…, but that is not my focus. My health is! Thank you! Big time Dr. BERG!

The best way to know if something works, isn’t really to research it or look for good reviews, but to try it out for yourself. I took Dr. Berg’s advice to take zinc for acne and my acne was gone in two days. Test doctor’s advice out for yourself, and you’ll eventually end up finding the right guy to take advice from. Dr. Berg is my fav so far

He shares knowledge you would sometimes not get from a hospital. Once I went to holy cross hospital. I asked a doctor why I had excessively cold hands and feet. His response was ” I don’t know” . I got the answer today just by watching an under 5 minute video from Dr. Berg

I watch his YouTube channel everytime there is a new notification! He makes his videos short and sweet so they keep my attention and I learned something! Plus with busy schedules it’s hard to watch anything longer. I’m on a low carb diet and it’s been going well. I hope to she’d my weight in a few months.
