Thanks to Dr Berg for being so kind to share this information when others require hundreds of dollars to share it. Or others stay quiet. After researching Keto for a while and still not understanding in depth, I found his YouTube channel and I finally believe understand the alphabet of Keto and many more stellar notes on nutrition! It is a start to a life changing very much needed habit. Thank you, Dr Berg so much.

Dr Berg is absolutely awesome! He is just a great wealth of true knowledge in the sciences of physiology and biology and nutrition which are so intimately connected! I’ve taken his knowledge and teaching to heart to work at healing my hernia and perhaps more among other things! Carbs among other things have ruined my body! Unfortunately I needed healthy Keto & true nutrition like decade ago and I won’t be in this poor condition but you live and you live. As an amateur self-taught herbalist and once local WAPF volunteer I never realized how ignorant I still was in nutrition which is my true passion!

Dr Berg, you have rekindled my fire for true nutrition and health! Thank you so much and God bless you and yours! May the Immaculate Heart of our Blessed Mother keep bring you and yours to Her Son’s Sacred Heart!
