Dr Berg’s Videos really work to get to the root cause of Dis Ease and help to correct it in a more natural way. He really has a great heart and understanding in depth of how the body runs and functions and how it can function optimally. I am a fruitarian but can watch his videos and get what he is saying and modify what I am doing with a plant based food choice.
