I’ve learned so much from him and my health have reached epic levels by following he’s advise and recommendations…..of course always Consulting Some (not all) 😊 of the things with my medical doctor. I recommend this channel wherever I go. I trust him on any topic. Before I go anywhere else, I check Dr. Berg’s channel. Keep up the Good work doctor!!! You are transforming people’s health.

I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I love Dr. Berg. He’s smart, he has a wealth of knowledge, he speaks plainly and he’s funny. In 3 months I have brought by A1C down from 10.9 to an estimated 7.5 with intermittent and prolonged fasting combined with low-carb and Healthy Keto eating. I’m at the start of my journey to lose 200 lbs. 20 lbs. down in 3 months. I’ve watched Dr. Berg every single day since I started 3 months ago and I’ve gleaned much knowledge and inspiration from him. Love you Dr. Berg!
