Hi recommendation worked 100% for me. He explains everything thoroughly. Well researched. 100% respect for him. I am just waiting for him to find me a solution for cooking oil. Here in Africa we do home cooked meals so need a cooking oil that is Omega balanced yet doesn’t alter food taste that much 😂. Homework for you Karen

I have followed Dr Burg for 6 months. I committed to a life style change at age 55. I have so much energy! I no longer have stomach pain that I had been plagued with since childhood. The benifits seem to go on and on. Thank you for taking the time to explain what is going on in my body! Do you know I actually thought could it possibly be this easy? I find Dr Berg a person who inspires confidence through his convincing personality, clear-cut explanation and honest approach of educating people. I feel he should be invited by different govts to create awareness. I will buy his products. His videos has helped me regain my health (prediabetic to now none).
