I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. I have fibromyalgia. I have lots of pain daily. Since I have stated watching Dr Bergs videos I have lost 35 pounds. Thank you shoo much Dr Berg. You are so kind to share your knowledge with all of us. My nephew is the one who introduced me to you. He lost 115 pounds. He was boarder line diabetic before watching your videos. He now has all of his blood tests come back perfect. My goal is to lose more weight so that I can be healthy. I now have my son watching and losing weight also. Thank you Dr Berg.
